Reservation Information
Thank you so much for your interest in one of our homes we're excited to help you get started!
To reserve a home in your name, we ask for a $1,000 reservation fee. This simply allows us to hold the home for you and remove it from the market while we move forward together.
For your peace of mind, you will first receive official reservation paperwork to review and sign. Once that's completed, we'll arrange for our representatives to visit your property to inspect the site and make sure everything is ready for delivery and installation.
Your reservation gives you up to three (3) months to prepare. This time is meant to help you comfortably take care of things like:
- Removing or clearing an old home
- Preparing the land
- Getting utilities or permits in place
We understand that buying a home is a big step, and we're here to make the process clear, safe, and stress-free. Our team will be happy to guide you and answer any questions along the way.
Delivery & Setup
We make delivery and setup easy so you don't have to worry.
From start to finish, we handle everything related to delivery and installation of your home. Our experienced team coordinates the transportation, placement, leveling, and setup to ensure your home is properly and safely installed.
If you currently have an older home on your property, no problem at all. We can remove or relocate the existing home and prepare the space so your new home is placed right where it belongs. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.
We understand that getting a new home is a big step, and that's why we guide you through every part of the process. You'll always know what's happening and what to expect.
